Not sure why there are any bad reviews. Our experience was great. Just as good as the Franklinton location. Delicious, great service, highly recommend!
We had a delayed Valentine's Anniversary dinner with friends on Monday night and were not disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was great! Our server, Ethan, was knowledgeable and attentive. We'll be back.
Everything was delicious and the service was exceptional. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and very flavorful and tender. There were so many dessert options that we tried several, but the key lime pie was the best I have ever eaten. Give this place a try I highly recommend.

Franko's Prime is a restaurant that offers a delicious dining experience with exceptional service. The food is amazing, with menu items like the ribeye cooked perfectly and very flavorful and tender, Spicy Crispy Rice, Crab Cake, Country Fried Chicken, Cajun Chicken Pasta, Pork chops, shrimp and grits, and polenta, which is described as PHENOMENAL. The dessert options are plentiful, with the key lime pie standing out. The service is top-notch, with servers who are accommodating, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and perfect communicators. The ambience is great and the environment is beautiful. For the pricing, the amount of food is amazing, and the prices are GREAT. The recent menu changes were a nice surprise. This is a must-visit restaurant that hits on every level, and a highly recommended place to give a try.
