This place has the absolute best fried shrimp and devil crab around. And the owner Kemp is AWESOME!! We go 2 to 3 times a week. We love it so good.. Thank you, Kemp for being AWESOME.
I loved at the beach for 3 years and never found seafood close to this good or as fresh. Best calabash seafood in NC, period. Always friendly and always quick, despite always being packed. Huge portions enough for 2 meals!

If you are close to Raleigh and enjoy fried Calabash style seafood, you probably already know about this place. The food is great, the portions are HUGE easily enough for two healthy eaters to split. It gets really busy around lunch so plan accordingly but if you haven't been there, you REALLY should go.
