“I had my birthday here, the day of the eclipse, and this restaurant topped it off entirely! Every part of my experience here was so wonderful. I highly recommend coming here for events and just to enjoy amazing food. :) the owner is kindest man as well. He makes you feel like family. Please visit when you can. 10/5 stars!“
“TAMASHA Rocks! Definitely the best Indian food in Raleigh and reminds you of the amazing tastes from back home / best restaurants from different cities. Mike has done an amazing job with the place and chef Bhavin has a magic touch in putting together such amazing dishes. Tried most of the menu and you really cannot go wrong - just depends on your mood. Thanks team Tamasha!! Looking forward to many more amazing times!!!“
“Food was great, service was fabulous, such a kind, friendly, attentive young man. I had walked by this place many times and finally (at the recommendation of a bartender at another local restaurant) came in. So happy I did! I'll be back for “
“In a time where great food and great service is scarce, this place is a jewel. I chose this place to celebrate a family birthday based on a great word of mouth referral and the birthday girl loves Indian cuisine. The place is beautiful and clean inside! The atmosphere is upscale from decor to lighting. You relax when you walk in. Did I mention the cloth pressed napkins!! What? The music plus at a volume that adds to ambience but not annoyingly loud do you can’t hear each other talk. It is not too bright, but not too dark either. The food was prepare with attention to detail and tasted delicious. You can ask for no spice if you are not into Spicy food. The service is excellent. The servers don’t hover or intrude, but are right on time for your needs. As I mentioned, we celebrated a birthday. I brought a large cupcake and a candle and had it on the table before guests arrived. The server asked if he could plate it in the back for later. I was so happy for the offer. Later, he came out with this amazing long plate with happy birthday written on the plate in rainbow gorgeous writing. He even lite it as he approached the table. Then a happy birthday song began to play over their sound system! It was so thoughtful and added that specialness to the evening that is hard to find today in the service industry. Thank you so much!!!“
“A cute little cafe. I really liked the vibes, if this place was close to me I would go more often to get some work done.We went for dinner and ordered some shareable plates. I think the apps and snacks are definitely better than the entrees. Our favorite was the Aloo Chaat. Keema Pav was good too but really small portion size. We also ordered the chili paneer and Bengali Roast. I am not sure what they were aiming for in terms of the roast but it not Bengali for sure (I am bengali). It tasted pretty good but a little bit on the saltier side. The chili paneer was good! I would recommend getting that appetizers here over the entrees.I have heard great things about the pastries so will make a trip back to try them.“
“This is absolutely THE best Indian/Nepali place in the surrounding areas. Ive been to this place a couple of times now and literally nothing on the menu is anything short of absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the chicken momos and butter chicken. Definitely will be back!“
“If you're looking for no frills indian food, this is the place to go. Their short ribs are excellent. One of the few indian restaurants that has a beef dish. Server recommended an indian sauvignon blanc that paired perfectly with our lighter appetizers. Speaking of which, the Karara chicken is a must try.“
“Recently had delivery for the first time and it was all delicious, with both the lamb curry and chicken tikka masala extremely tender and well seasoned, and really unique flavors with the chicken 65 appetizer. Will definitely order from here again!“
“Highly recommend: Thai curry & honey-chili wings! Very flavorful menu & juicy, well-done chicken! Great customer service too! Anil was very attentive - thank you! Expect Asian fusion. I think it's Indo-Chinese inspired; but the curry tasted more Indian than Thai (still delicious either way). Will definitely return again & will add new updates, yummy food/photos we try here! Would recommend this place!“
“Excellent, excellent food at a reasonable price. Curry in a Hurry will be a regular stop for us from now on. DELICIOUS !!!Kid-friendliness: Located in Morgan street food court. Plenty of room for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair access“
“I showed up at about 1:30 on a Monday afternoon. I was the only customer the whole time I was there. Not sure why, because the food is really fantastic and very authentic. My only concern food-wise is that because they were slow a couple of the dishes on the buffet were either overcooked due to sitting, or luke warm because that spot on the table was not as hot as it should be. They had a good variety of choices on the buffet and I thoroughly enjoyed everything I tried. I will be back!“
“Our waitress Dawn was busy running the front of the restaurant by herself. We were the only table at first on a Saturday night. She had a ton of to go orders to take care of, but she gave us very good attention and let us try desert sample before making a decision. We double dated and both couples got the meal for 2. It came with a lot of food. Many different menu items to choose and we could choose the heat or spicy preferences. Me and my husband chose a medium heat 5. It was ? delicious. My sister and her husband got 8 heat. Too much for me. The food took a while but that's because it's fresh and made to order. The restaurant filled up but the excellent service didn't stop. Dawns personality didn't waver even though she was super busy. The food was really good. We will be back. Thanks for a great experience all around.“
“Ordered masala dosa for take out. As I didn't notice because I was taking it, they gave it without masala. The next day I went to the restaurant and before I could ask her, she said she owed me because she forgot the masala for yesterday's order. I like their service. Dosa is good, not “
“Awesome find! Hole in the wall place around the backside of the shopping center, but the lunch buffet was excellent! Had all our favorites, plus some we tried for the first time. LOVED the crispy little balls of air! We enjoyed it, and will for sure be back.“
“Great place for biryani takeout and I really mean it. This place sells other dishes also but we have tried their biryani and following are my observations:1. Perfect taste with blend of all spices without the hotness which I absolutely like2. Very generous portion and enough for two people3. Generous in the number of chicken pieces in each plate4. We asked for extra raita and the person at the counter obliged instantlyWill certainly be back again“
“Great Food and Great ServiceOnly suggestion is to please serve butter paneer masala or paneer tikka or anything else other than Kadai Paneer in buffet. Just find myself not coming to buffets as much due to kadai paneer. Also if you could serve Chilli Paneer or anything beside mixed veg manchuria. More Butter Naan would be great too.Love this restaurant fabulous buffet and dining.“
“I’m struggling on what to say in this review because I’m in an amazing food coma!!The food exceeded our expectations! The service was respectfully slow. They checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was satisfactory, but gave us space to enjoy our dinner. We went for dinner, but they also provide lunch service, which I can’t wait to try!!“
