Perfectly cooked dumplings with a juicy, flavorful filling, all drenched in a rich, savory sauce that had just the right balance of spice and depth. The peppers and scallions added great freshness and texture, and every bite felt intentional and comforting. You can tell real care goes into this dish—it’s bold, satisfying, and memorable. Easily one of the best things I’ve ordered in a long time. I’ll definitely be back for this again. I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu!“
