The Flavor District Reviews
This place has a lot to offer and has a lot of potential BUT, the order area was not clean and staff that was behind the counter was sloppy, they were eating, on their phones and looked like they were on a break. If this is what is going on in lobby what is happening in the kit hen areas?
Everyone in your family should be able to find something they would like here. They have so many options and offer a broad variety of restaurants. Everything we ordered was incredible!
Had Vics Pizza and Raleigh Tamales this week for lunch! I could eat both everyday!

The Flavor District offers a unique blend of international foods with a touch of southern personality. The manager and staff are welcoming and helpful, enhancing the great dining experience. Their menu changes with vendors, featuring delicious and unique meals like tequeños, cachapas, and the popular Stuffed Turkey Leg, which is available at a separate kiosk that often has a line but is worth the wait. The restaurant provides takeout, delivery, and outdoor seating options, making it convenient for travelers right off US 1 (Capital Blvd). Customers appreciate that there is something for every taste, including a variety of desserts and picnic tables for casual dining.
While the food is noted to be great and the service friendly, some customers have mentioned that the order area can sometimes be messy, and staff may appear distracted. Despite these minor issues, the atmosphere remains positive with clean spaces. Dishes like lamb chops, Rasta pasta, and genuine baked Mac n cheese receive high praise for their flavor and quality. The staff is quick and accommodating, making it a pleasant place for a casual meal or quick bite. For those who prefer to dine in, the inside has seating available, though it is not designed for a traditional sit-down experience. Overall, The Flavor District is a recommended spot for tasty meals and quick service, with customers eager to return.
