“Have gotten takeout and eaten in at saffron now and been incredibly impressed each time. The food quality is excellent and the portions are generous. Service has been very courteous. Saffron has become my new favorite for Indian food in the area!“
“I had a delightful experience at this Nepalese restaurant! The Jhol Momo Bowl was fantastic, and my choice of 7 spice was just right, not too hot for my taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. I can't wait to come back and try additional dishes!“
“I ordered the karahi paneer, which they warned me would be spicy. I had a mango lassi to go with it, and the manager/owner came out to check on us and gave me a yogurt to help it go down, which was really kind of him. That karahi paneer is not something to be trifled with; it’s got a slow burn that builds with each bite. The flavors were wonderful, although the green sauce was only okay. I liked the naan with my paneer. The chickpea salad was quite refreshing. The decor was interesting—major quotes by a number of famous people. But overall, the service made up for the slightly more expensive price!“
“Goat Sukka, Karaikudi Chicken. and Butter Chicken! All dishes were spot on with flavor and spice level. Naan (garlic and plain) were tasty and generous portions. Good food and good time catching up with friends. My lunch mates said was very authentic!! Small dining space was perfect setting! Butcher shop in back.“
“Truly authentic Indian food. Enjoyed the thali. Nice and clean place. Decent ambience. World class in the few things that really matter. Food quality, taste, serving it hot, cleanliness, great service, comfortable seating... All 5 star.“
“The food is out of this world. Great portions for a fair price. I am going to start coming to this place regularly. The Lamb Boti Kabab was a beautiful flavor explosion with an amazing presentation. They make it fresh and takes about 30 minutes to prepare. The Naan was wonderful. The Soup was delicious! and... leave room for some tasty desserts. The place is located in a older strip mall which has definitely turned over a few times. The restaurant itself is very spacious which can work against it as I would be amazed if it ever had a super busy feel.We had 3 entrees, garlic naan, and dessert and it came to about $70. Worth every penny IMHO.The staff was very friendly.“
“We've Visited their lunch buffet twice now, and each time, the food has been exceptionally delicious with a wide array of options. Make sure to arrive with an empty stomach to savor every dish thoroughly?. However, be mindful as the abundance of choices can lead to some food wastage due to indecision.Kid-friendliness: Live kitchen for noodles, Dosa etc“
“I had a wonderful experience at Arpan Mart! The store's neatness and wide variety of god images, flowers, and devotional items impressed me. The selection of products catered to my spiritual needs, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be returning for my future devotional shopping.“
“After renovation this place is amazing now. I have visited 3 times so far and i plan to visit again since they have so many items that a couple time visit will not be sufficient :DThey have bombay street food which tasted unique compared to the restaurants around the area. But they are available only between 12 - 5pm“
“I am so bummed that I did not start eating at this place sooner! It has become one of our favorites. I’ve been to many places with similar food but they just cannot compare to Kathmandu. The flavor is incredible and the portions are absolutely worth what you pay for. I want to try so many things but I love the Malai Chicken Kabobs so much it’s hard to not get that. My boyfriend says it’s the best Chicken Tikka he’s ever had. We also get the Mixed Veg Pakoda, Samosa Chat, Papadam, and Garlic Naan. You can choose your spice level which is always a plus. Thank you for making such amazing food !“
“This Indian restaurant offers magically delicious food that seamlessly blends modern and traditional flavors, served with kindness in a beautiful setting. It's a gem worth returning to, even planning trips just to experience its impeccable dining once more.“
“If you want really authentic Indian food, and not "Americanized" Indian food, come here. They have many different types of Indian cuisine, and it's all very good. I got their house special goat, and ask for "spicy". The meat was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a nice curry flavor with a good amount of heat. Not burning my mouth off like Chinese food, but still pretty hot. I got the butter naan and my parents got the garlic naan, and both were very good. My mother had Chicken Korma in the past and liked it, so I recommended it. She liked it a lot. My father got boneless chicken kebabs, which I tried some of, which were cooked well and still tender. The naan here is more like a soft flat bread like you would expect, not like hard cake i've seen at other Indian restaurants, which I liked. The service was good even though the place was pretty busy and the food came out pretty quickly.“
“I generally avoid Cary like the plague. There are so many excellent Indian and indian-fusion restaurants in Durham and Orange counties that I don't need to. But, dagum, now I'm gonna be a Cary regular! Boomer Warning: the menu is a QR code - get used to it.We had the Garden Platter to start, and Bagar-a-Baigan and Malai Kofta entrees. "Medium" spice. Every bit of it was wonderful. I could have used a tiny bit more heat, and they provided some minced peppers just in case, but overall the heat and the layers of flavor were exquisite. Just taking a bite and waiting a few seconds was epic, with waves of new flavors coming in and the gentle heat driving it home. The wait staff was super friendly and helpful.Highly recommended! Sorry for no pics...we were distracted by the aromas and dove right in. But, the pics on the menu are perfect representations.“
“Ordered Dal Makhani and Poori Bhaji for take out, this is my first time trying this restaurant. Food was delicious, very fresh (I could tell by all the spices in my dishes) and did not disappoint. I will say my dal was not what I have experienced previously but I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing it tasted. I will be back!“
“This place is amazing, we loved all the food, Non alcohol beverage (Mocktails). Loved the ambiance. The reason to give four star (****) is because the price was on the higher side..I hope management looks into it.. will surely visit again with family.“
“I recently visited wok on fire for dinner. I was super excited to try indo Chinese food after a long time. The food here exceeded my expectations. I tried their Black Pepper Chicken, Cauliflower Manchurian, Veg Manchurian Gravy and their Chicken 65 fried rice. All the items I had ordered were really good. While I loved the taste of black pepper chicken, I found it too oily for my liking. I would definitely give 5 stars if not for the over usage of oil in all the dishes. The combination of veg Manchurian and fried rice was just perfect! I would definitely visit here again.“
“Ordered takeout through doordash multiple times. Food is always good, no use of artificial colors in biryani which is awesome! We tried vegetable dum biryani and it was full of flavor and fresh veggies. Malai kofta was very good too. Can improve on quantity as curry was only half full in box, otherwise no complains. Will certainly try more dishesVegetarian options: Great vegetarian options“
“Definitely a place to try. Their vegetarian samosas were the best I've ever had. The sauces were varied and tasty. Highly recommend the mango chutney. The lamb was a touch dry, but the creme sauce was great. You should try the gularb jamin for dessert. My favorite! Our server was so nice, but could have been a little more attentive.“
“Simply the amazing street food i have ever had the masala chaas and aam panaa was simply amazing all freshly made and also the best makki roti and sarsoon ka saag the paneer dishes were to completely indulge into! Soya chaap was also amazing the roti and naan were out of the world! The only place with a drive thru! And of course the paani puri is simply amazing!“
“Our family has eaten here for years. Always very good food and very polite service. Occasionally, they may be out of some menu items, but it is a small restaurant, and they offer many good alternatives. I have noticed that sometimes ordering on the website does not go through, so we just call in orders and have never had an issue this way. Definitely our favorite local Indian spot!“
“This is one of my favorite restaurants. I had to give 3 stars because we waited in the parking lot 30 minutes for them to open. So, we were the first ones there. 3 stars.... IS BECAUSE IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET OUR FOOD.The food and staff were great. So, if you're not in a hurry, this is a good place for a delicious meal.“
