Wonderful food and great service!

Best service ever and the food was delicious! The butter chicken was amazing (and medium spicy was not very spicy) and the crazy naan we got on the side kicked it up a little. Ram and Tom provided the absolute best service and experience for us. We went with something we knew we liked this time, but there are so many great things on the menu that we want to come back and try!

Saffron Indian Cuisine Cary is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. The food is excellent in terms of quality, quantity, and price. The perfect amount of spice and a great blend of flavors make every meal delicious. Highly recommended meals include the Goan Crab Cake and Shrimp, the Galouti Kabab extravaganza, Lehsuni Chicken Kabab, and the outstanding Sikandari Raan. The Raan platter is an absolute must have. The chole bhature is a favorite, with a very soft, thick, and chewy bhature. The paratha stays crispy even with meat sauce on top. The Indochinese noodles are very tasty and come in large portions. The service is always attentive, helpful, professional, efficient, and friendly. The atmosphere and experience is lovely. The restaurant beats out other Indian places that are too pricey or too stingy on portion sizes. The amount of food is surprising and excellent. Overall, the service is great and the staff do a good job of checking up on customers.
