Been a daily regular here for years and this place has plummeted in the past few months. There’s been a lot of turnover and great people have left, and the new people are either poorly trained or just don’t give a crap. I order the same thing every morning, pick it up inside. Located inside a Harris teeter. They don't have a drive-thru but there is plenty of parking. Very short to no wait every time I've ever been, plus they have a dedicated entrance on the side so you don't even have to go through the grocery store unless you want to.

Bad experience. I only get 1 drink at Starbucks, and it's an iced chai latte with caramel drizzle. I have has it hundreds of times and know exactly how it's suppose to taste. Stuff poured way too much milk/creamer. Little caramel drizzle and it wasn't around the cup, just at the bottom. I didn't complain or make a fuss, as this location looks like it's run by 2 kids. Both talking and chatting, laughing, on their phone, taking a phone call.
