The biryanis, in particular, have been a favorite of mine, consistently delivering on both quality and quantity.However, there’s one recurring issue that keeps popping up the spice levels. Every time I place an order, I make it a point to request one item to be spicy and another to be medium. Unfortunately, without fail, they seem to mix it up, giving me the exact opposite of what I ask for.It’s a small frustration because it affects the enjoyment of the meal this becomes even more important when our kids are having the meal, as we want to ensure they’re comfortable with the spice levels. but it’s something that could easily be avoided if the person taking orders over the phone paid a bit more attention. It’s a simple fix that would greatly enhance the overall experience.Despite this hiccup, I continue to return for the delicious food and generous portions. If only they could get the spice levels right.“
