“Great location, food was great, staff were great, all of these poor rating’s are false, nothing like it at all. Don’t eat at papa john’s if you’re gonna complain about cleanliness, quickness, or what the staff do. It’s Papa John’s, not a 5 star restaurant. 😹💀“

“I'm a Doordash driver and this Papa Johns is very popular. Tonight, there was only one person working. Why? Not cool. But she was doing an amazing job keeping the store running by herself. Named Ashley. Throughout the day, she got all my orders made on time even though she was alone. Fast and professional. What a queen! Pay her more.“

“Food here is usually made correctly, if not easy to work with to resolve. I usually pick up and the staff is friendly. When I have used delivery they are on time and fast.

My only complaint is they got rid of the bench for waiting customers to sit on.“

“I have to say this was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten😋. I placed the order online. It was ready at the approximate time I requested, Pizza was hot and cooked perfect. There was one Pepperoncini pepper in the box with the pizza, 2 would’ve been preferable, I’ll remember to request an extra pepper next time. The whole experience and food was very satisfying.“

“This is a great option for delivery and take out in Wake Forest. They make great pies and are quick about it on both delivery and take out. I've never been disappointed and my family prefers this one now too. Take them up on the specials on text for a delicious affordable pizza!“

But do you guys have like a one eyed man cutting these slices? I got one slice the size of a kite in this pie and the other is the size of a baby's...thumb.

Kites sized piece not shown because I ate it but look at that little guy down there? It's four swipes with the pizza cutter! Come on.“

“Good Pizza & Cheese sticks, and Prices are rasonable, also good sauces for dipping. Placed order over the phone without issues, and I wqs glad to pay at the time of pickup. I don't like giving out my card#!!! No sit-in was the only atmosphere I would like to have seens, but my order was to go this time, so it was fine.“

“Cook / Manager did was hands after touching cash register. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because last week the driver came in from delivery did not wash his hands and cut the pizza and reached into pepperoncini peppers peppers and put them in my box without washing his hands so if your not here to watch do not don’t eat the peppers.“

“I want to start off by saying the gentlemen that deserves a raise an a shout out, is NOEL ! I walked in to the store, and there was 4 people in total behind the counter, another gentleman and 2 ladies …no one acknowledged me or the gentleman that was at the counter but Noel.. he processed to walk over, help us but then the phone rang, he said one moment to us … helped the person in the phone then helped the Dasher that was waiting, and then processed to help me… after that ran to the back to start making more pizzas, when another gentleman whom I assumed was a manager came from the back fussing at him due to orders on the screen being in red, Noel explained that he was helping the people at the front but the gentleman didn’t care… he even mentioned a write up… in which Noel said “I’ll take the write up” <<< that for me pissed me off, being a prior manager at other establishments, because he still never walked to the front to acknowledge anyone .. not even the new people whom had walked in …he processed to the back where I hear the females and the male talking and laughing but no one helped him not once in the 15 mins I stood there… he was making pizza dough… putting pizza in the oven … taking out pizzas.. cutting them and boxing, and handing out orders all while still coming to the front to help people with no other employee insight ! Before I left I made sure to ask him his name … cause that ladies and gentlemen was some straight up BS and if he did get a write up .. PAPA JOHNS BETTER DISMISS IT AND THROW IT OUT!! … whom ever the manager is.. he needs to be demoted to a employee and someone give Noel a raise, cause he is the definition of GREAT customer service! These 5 stars ⭐ given is only because of his service and his calm manner even with the chaos of non stop orders BY HIS SELF !!!!“
