“Papa John’s is always my go-to. For events, for myself, for hectic days with all my kids. However, today, I got a pizza that was way out of the ordinary for the quality of this location. They’re usually perfect pizzas. (Baring in mind it is still a chain, they’re great.)
I called the manager and he was super easy going about it and got a new pizza sent out. I haven’t gotten it yet, but considering this is the only bad papa John’s pizza I’ve ever gotten I’m sure it will be great.
If you call them like a normal person and explain what’s wrong they’re more than willing to help you. And they actually answer the phone after just one menu selection!

“Comparison is the thief of joy.... Or in this case, the greatest thing about this Papa Johns. Let me explain. I used to live close to the PJ on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, and I don't think I ever got in and out without hassle. I won't go into more detail for this review, but that other location was always a problem. Now by comparison, this location was clean, the staff was present and polite, it didn't smell like weed, my pizza was ready and didn't have incorrect toppings, and even people in the parking lot were friendly. I'd love to just say this location was normal and doing what a business is expected to do.... But in 2026, this place went above and beyond. Well done.“
