The manager was who was a young lady. I was on hold for 8 minutes and drove there before they answered. I asked if they could push the pick up time back they told me no because they had placed it in the oven. She told me it would take another 10ish minutes after talking for 5 and being on hold for 8. She then canceled my order… that is after I told her we would pick it up.
Every mobile order I've placed for years has been fulfilled quick and correct
Usually pretty good. Sometimes it's burnt but whatever.
But do you guys have like a one eyed man cutting these slices? I got one slice the size of a kite in this pie and the other is the size of a baby's...thumb.
Kites sized piece not shown because I ate it but look at that little guy down there? It's four swipes with the pizza cutter! Come on.

Papa Johns Pizza offers a menu that impresses, with pizzas that are "really good" and "full of flavor". The cinnamon pull aparts are a must-try, with many customers ordering two boxes at a time. The Philly pizza and new bites options are also popular, with the chicken bites being a standout favorite. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, with employees even offering to help with heavy boxes. Customers have praised the timely delivery and the reasonable prices. The restaurant experience at pick up is also excellent, with a clean space and helpful employees. Despite a few isolated incidents, Papa Johns Pizza is generally a great choice for a delicious meal.
