Just keeps getting slower on delivery. Waited 2 hrs for my pizza. Took 45min from "on the way" to here. I live less than 10 minutes away. Just so I could preheat the oven to warm my cold, already late pizza for dinner.

The pizza is really good the service is good too but Fridays nights can get a little busy that's how good the pizza is. The cinnamon pull aparts are too good to be true I get two boxes everytime i order.

I ordered my food at 6:58 tonight. It didn’t arrive until 9:38, almost 3 hours later. When it did arrive, it was dropped off at the wrong address. I called the store and was put on hold for 38 minutes before I hung up. I called customer service, just to be told I’d receive help 24-48 hours later. Super frustrating. Obviously my food was cold too.

Will not be ordering from this location again. Second time in a few months we've ordered a specialty pizza and they're sorely lacking. Almost uncooked crust and have to take a magnifying glass to find the extra toppings. For $21 it sure didn't look like anything special. Very quickly made which, after the results of the pizza, I can see why. Go anywhere else, even Aldis, to get a much better pizza. At our dance hall last Sunday their Papa John's pizza were covered with toppings and piping hot. Too bad it was in North Raleigh.

On 12/6/23 @ approximately 9pm, I used the mobile app to place an order for delivery. I contacted the local store after receiving the 2 pizzas I had ordered because one was burnt and the other full of bubbled dough and missing cheese. I spoke with "James", who claimed to be the manager. He said he himself cut my pizzas and admitted one did have a lot of bubbles. I explained I was more bothered by the burnt inedible pizza and offered to send pictures. After that he became defensive and uncooperative. I requested his supervisor's contact info, explaining that I had no faith in a manager that knew he was sending out a burnt pizza. He told me it was "Dawn" and the number was (910) 366 1613. Before I could reply he disconnected the call. Not once did he offer any solution or even an apology. I called the contact number he gave me, the phone rang once before going to an automated voice mail box that is typical of a personal cell phone number, not a district manager's work number. I left a message with my name, number and an explanation of why I called. I doubt "Dawn" will be contacting me. I tried to find additional ways to lodge a complaint. Even the website feedback form. For reasons unknown it would not submit my complaint after I filled out the form. I'm still searching for the true manager/district manager for this store's location. As a single mother, during the Holiday season I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. It left me out over $30 and no dinner for my child.

Got boneless wings bro… and we get there, picked them up. Come home and realize, Theyre almost bare with no sauce. We got honey chipotle and there was barely any sauce. If we wanted that we would’ve jus gotten bare wings. Like whyy? Jus put the sauce on there man.

Hands down the worst Fastfood Pizza in America. They charge you the same prices as Dominos for much less quality in their pizza. It taste like a Little Caesar’s Pizza maybe even worse. Atleast Little Caesar’s has lower prices for less quality products. Pappa John’s charges more for less. The worst Pizza I’ve ever bought in my life! Got a Sausage Pizza with Peppers, Onions, Olives and of course the Sauce. They don’t use Marinara they use Tomato sauce? Like no!

Delivery was always good but I don't think we will ever be ordering pizza from here again due to this incident because I do not trust this won't happen again and my tooth is hurting me still from this but I bit into metal in my pizza and they refunded us but didn't seem to care where it came from and wouldn't look at it ... I had rather them look at their stuff because this is dangerous ... we were really nice about this in hopes they would check their pans or whatever they use to cook and cut with so it didnt happen to anyone else .. so I'm putting this out there to warn others as this was a terrible experience I have never had this happen before

Sometimes you just never get your pizza. Often it takes forever and arrives cold. Avoid if possible.
Ordered pickup, showed up in 10 minutes and it was ready. Pizza was hot and the team members were friendly!

This is how our pizza was delivered. The store was no help as they were too busy from what I was told to replace my order. The driver knew she dropped this order and she decided to deliver it anyway. I don't know what type you people you hire there but you should really make sure they have the company's best interest at heart.Poor customer service.

Update, a year later and I had forgotten about this review! Silly me. Ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak Papadillas and the new stuffed crust garlic pizza with pepperoni. 1st, the food was piping hot and delivered fast, so good job on that…I will give credit where it is due! The bad, my “Philly papadilla” could have passed for vegetarian. Called, employee relayed message to manager who said they have portion control and to order double meat next time. Your manager sucks and does not understand customer service! Earlier review: Absolutely the most horrific Papa Johns on the face of the planet! When are you open? Nobody knows! Do you deliver? Nobody knows! Is your store still open??? Nobody knows!! Shaq should have your hind ends!! I’d rate it zero stars if I could!!!

WARNING!! 8/26/23!!!!Got home and ordered pizza and I had to report this delivery driver to the “manager”, and all over me tipping him less than what he felt like he “deserved.” You know what the manager said when I called? That “they aren’t associated with corporate”….and “sorry his driver is Schizophrenic”….photo for attention (showing him studying the receipt before he realized I wasn’t the door already) because you will get hustled if this driver thinks you’re a FEMALE home ALONE. Picture for your own SAFTEY. The man had slurred words and presented an unusual, uncomfortable, and unforgettable presence. The store cares NONE.

Pizza very overcooked! Terrible. Called store to tell them and they said nothing they could do because I did not show them in store- it was a take out order! I did not stop to take sample bite out of pizza while standing in line at cash register!! Skip this place - get frozen pizza down street at Aldi - will taste much better for lass money. One last thing while I’m at it - don’t watch them make the food- watched the guy throwing dough- dough bouncing off his dirty shirt around belly area every time on way down. Bon appetite!!!
