I order papa johns alot but this one has dissapointed me every time I order recently. Thin pizza ,cold delivery and when i decided to try calling to resolve a a issue at around 8pm march 4th i was put on hold multiple times for multiple defensive responses and excuses and no help. I probably won't order here

Never left a review before, but the pizza was ready 25 mins after it said it was ready on the tracker, the customer service of the guy was awful. The pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. Would recommend going to a different papa John’

I came in and ordered a pizza. I was told it would be 25 minutes. I went out to my car set a timer for 25 minutes and when the timer rang I went back inside. It took me 45 minutes in line to be able to pick up my order. Walked my pizza back out to my car only to discover they gave me the wrong pizza. Went back in and it took me another 25 minutes in line just to inform them of the problem.
