Order a pizza today at 5. Went to pick it up the cashier was tripping and messing up other customers order. When I got home to eat my pizza. It was over cook and missing some ingredients. It was just plain with know flavor. Then he act like he couldn't understand the name for the order. Young guy in the back had to repeat it for me. He not a customer service person at all. I just wanted to give a shout out to the one black team member who was doing all the work making the pizzas as well as handing them to the customers. While two older white gentlemen (presumably in manager roles) were just walking around clueless and literally doing no real work at all. One guy is keeping the store alive and I just wanted to recognize him for that.
Probably the best Papa Johns experience I've ever had. Fast delivery, delicious and hot when arrived, and they went above and beyond.
