“This location is great, I’m still gonna give it the 5 stars because the employees are always fantastic. The price for what you get these days though, it’s just gonna have to be a no moving forward from me. Anywhere else, literally anywhere else is cheaper and the quality will be the same or better ?♂️ These big corporate leaders that do absolutely nothing are done pocketing my money.“

“One of my favorite places to go to eat and do some work or hang out with some friends or just to be by myself a minute. The food is always great. The atmosphere is always great but I think they just need to work the in-store purchasing food because sometimes I can't hear them call me when my food is ready but other than that it's great.Parking: There's plenty of parking in the parking lot.“
“My 93-year-old friend and I had lunch at this Panera yesterday, and our order was taken by Steven, the store’s new manager. My friend, on a walker, bantered back and forth with Steven as we gave him our order. He was so patient and encouraging. Then when our food was ready, it was hand-delivered – by Steve! Later I went by the kitchen, and he was right in the middle of the workers, pitching in to help. Hats off to Steven! We will be back.“
“This wasn't my first time going to Panera Bread but every other time I forgot my phone or camera. This is one of my wife's favorite places to go to. So it wasn't unexpected when she had a gift card and wanted to use it!There's ample parking in this Plaza where it's located. It even has a drive-thru if you don't want to go inside.Like every other time I've went there, the staff has been friendly. This restaurant was not available in Texas so every time I went in I've always had the cashier pick something that was their favorite, for me to eat.And this time around I got the chicken burger that I'm told is arrival of chick-fil-a's. A couple that with some mac and cheese and a beverage. The wife went with the Margarita Pizza that she loves, a sandwich and beverage. Both of them come with bread but there's a few other choices that you can choose from if you're not a bread fan.The food is tasty as always and I definitely would recommend the place to anyone who wanted to try. The only thing that I would say is the price tag is not like other fast food restaurants. Our food came to $42 so basically $20 per person as opposed to the $10 to $15 that seems to be the average at other places.I personally feel the food is well worth it.“

“This is an incredibly convenient location inside Wakemed on the main floor close to the A & B elevators... A nice alternative to the hospital food.... The staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is soothing and quiet and restful.. both indoor and outdoor seating are available... Food is tasty...fresh and faster than the other locations... I definitely recommend...“
