Panera Bread in Raleigh

“The woman at the window was PHENOMENAL! Shakoya was so vibrant, kind, and pleasant. I asked her about her cute purple eyeshadow, and she was sweet enough to tell me where she got it! Service like this is what makes me drive back to work with a smile on my face.

She was so kind that I wanted to take the time to write a review. The food was incredible, and boy, was it fast! Shakoya provided such a wonderful experience!“

“I came into this Panera Bread location for a quick bite and a coffee. I wasnt sure what to order, but the friendly representative Aralyn helped me find something that I would enjoy. Their knowledge of menu items and pleasant demeanor made it easy to make my decision. Food was ready quickly, and was hot, fresh and delicious. The dining room was spacious and clean, and the restrooms were properly maintained and in order. I will be returning soon and would recommend this location to anyone!“

“I’ve been here twice in the last week and have thoroughly enjoyed the food both times! On my most recent visit, it was quite busy, so there was a bit of a wait both before and after ordering. However, the service was fantastic. I really appreciated that the cashier asked clarifying questions to get my order right—like double-checking if I wanted the rest of my sandwich ingredients kept the same since I swapped the bagel. She also let me know I could get the strawberry Fresca in a large, which I didn't even know was an option but gladly ordered to sip on throughout the day!“

“Now since they changed the sip club we are so paying the same price for unlimited drinks but can really only have 1a day I get to not go over board but that's why I stopped paying for it I started going to chili for 13 bucks can get a three for me salad for buck extra a drink and either fries or another salad like I get and it is bigger and drink is included and free refills you can't get Strawberry lemonade on sip club this year like could last year so maybe if they lose enough members they will change it back last year that was what kept me the membership they. Did not have a limit was one drink every 4 hours and could get the Strawberry lemonade with real Strawberry pieces in it I loved it started it when they had a black Friday special and another thing I don't understand is I can go to Sams club and get a Panera gift card it is active right away but if I get one at the store mug be a few hours or next day“

“Went in to redeem a reward dessert. Tried the lemon bundt cake. It was very lemony so I was thrilled because A lot of places say lemon and it doesn't taste like lemon. I also opted to get the hazelnut mocha coffee, which was delish! It came with whipped cream and some little chocolate chips on top that I wasn't expecting but it really added a little pop and crunch surprise tastiness! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The area was clean. Codes to the bathrooms which is nice.“

“Best green tea period! Every other panera is cutting the formula. See how green my drink is? My panera near me is making the drink the same color as the lemonade ? If yall panera drinks don't look like this! They are short changing you.“
