“The manager of this location took it upon himself to call me when a very small part of my Uber order was not available. He offered alternatives and was just a generally very helpful, most locations would just either neglect to do anything about it or put in the wrong item with no explanation. I found it really great that he thought to reach out and was so kind. I love Panera!“

“Went in to redeem a reward dessert. Tried the lemon bundt cake. It was very lemony so I was thrilled because A lot of places say lemon and it doesn't taste like lemon. I also opted to get the hazelnut mocha coffee, which was delish! It came with whipped cream and some little chocolate chips on top that I wasn't expecting but it really added a little pop and crunch surprise tastiness! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The area was clean. Codes to the bathrooms which is nice.“

“Truly disappointed.Decided to grab a quick Grilled sandwich from here tonight.ordered my food.than proceeded to where you pick the food up at within 20 seconds literally they called my name for the food.I said no way this sandwich was cooked or even warmed up.they taped the bag up so I could not tell so I opened the bag up felt the chicken.as I expected the chicken was cold.so I immediately said why would y'all give me a cold sand which? They stood there looking crazy so I proceeded to the counter for my refund had the bag in my hand was very disturbed by there lack of remorse for serving the food to me cold.balled up the bad and put it on the counter across from the counter.I hear a voice say give me the bag or you will not get a refund I said the bag is on the other counter just give me my refund so I can leave here quickly and try and catch somewhere else to eat it's almost 9 and things are gonna be closing.So she says it again no bag no refund.I said let me speak to the manager.she says I am the Manager with a smirk on her face.so I said ok well what is your name ?I will call corporate in the morning. She covers her name tag and refuses to give me her name.I had my phone in my hand and acted like I was taking her picture to show to the GM.she turns her back and start yelling don't take my picture,don't take my picture. So I said ok well I will call corporate in the morning and report this.she says so what.your still not getting a refund.I said ok and left the store. She than comes out of the establishment and starts yelling at me.that's why your not getting a refund.I said ok well I will call corporate in the Morning and see what they think about the way you are handling the guest and there business.she than starts yelling at me,and while I am in the car leaving she is still yelling at me.if they have cameras in the front they can see all of this.I am so disappointed.I come here all the time with family for pizza and salads.and after the gym.i also bring people there when they visit from out of town. I own a business too.and would not tolerate or be pleased if they handled my guest in the manner she Did.I will never return there again but to speak with the GM and get a refund.I am truly disappointed there customer service is horrible.and food is not that great it's just something quick after the gym or something different cause we eat out when we aren't cooking as A treat.SMH!!!!! YALL can truly do better than this...three years later had the taste for something different it's close by the house so I said I will give it A try and I must say it was delicious,food was fresh,strawberry lemonade had strawberries in it and they were fresh service quick and staff was descent I decided to edit the review and give them credit for a easy experience“

“I visited this location for quick breakfast, I love their drinks, taste way better than Starbucks! Love their freshly baked pastries. My interaction with employees were pleasant. Has outside sitting area as well as plenty inside. Inside could be a little more clean but overall not bad“
