“This was the cleanest Panera Bread I've encountered in a while. Fairly spacious with a few alcoves if you like small spaces. The staff were super friendly and professional.

Until the sun goes down. Once the management leaves, the kitchen staff crank up their own music with explicit lyrics. NOT into the dining room. Dolly still plays there. But coming from the kitchen where you pick up your food.“

“We stopped at the Panera in White Oak after a long, hot, exhausting day. Panera typically isn't one of my go-to spots since the vegetarian protein options are fairly limited, but we wanted somewhere quick where we could still grab a reasonably healthy meal.

By the time we walked through the door, my brain was completely fried. All I wanted was something cold to drink, a place to sit, and a chance to cool off. The moment we walked in, Melody greeted us with genuine kindness. It truly felt like she could sense how worn out we were.

She went above and beyond by recommending a new menu item, making sure we had plenty of ice and drinks, and, most importantly, making us feel like people—not just customers.

While Panera may still not be my first choice overall, this specific location absolutely will be whenever we're in the White Oak area, and that's entirely because of Melody. Customer service like hers is rare. I sincerely hope her supervisors see this review and recognize what an incredible asset she is to their team. She turned an ordinary stop into an experience that we'll genuinely remember.“
