“Best Panera experience yet. The general manager there is out and visible on the dining floor, greeting guests, bussing tables and checking on food. His presence and oversight shows. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was fresh and delicious.“
“Wasn't familiar with Panera. Bought a bagel with cream cheese. They delivered an uncut, cold bagel. As I was cutting through the bagel, a young lady said that they would have done that for me. I asked why the bagel was cold, she replied I had to ask for a toasted and sliced bagel. When she realized I didn't know, she went and got me a toasted and sliced bagel. Service above and beyond these days. ❤“
“Lets talk about these salad stuffers!! When I say a must try... let's goooo!!! Now granted my first one was nothing to shout over but when I took it back and asked for a remake--- absolutely worth the extra trip. My only advice is to check it before you leave but once you sit down and take a bite... game changer !!!“
“The staff and food were awesome! We received a warm greeting upon entering. Everything was delicious and Carol sold us on the Autumn Squash. Gabby was very friendly and answered all our questions. Joseph was wonderful at helping us with our confusion on our order. Definitely recommend this location.“

As a Duke student, I’ve been to Panera at Duke Dining many times, and every time I’ve seen Nakia, she has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help students and genuinely makes the experience so much better.
You can tell that she truly cares about the people she serves, and her kindness and positive attitude never go unnoticed. She consistently goes the extra mile, and I’m so grateful for how friendly and helpful she always is. Duke Dining is lucky to have someone like Nakia on the team!

“Thank you so much to Prince (Charles) who made this experience so so wonderful! Not only was he chatty, funny, sweet, and providing excellent service, but he stopped by to check on us as we were eating. Truly so perfect, the best Panera Bread visit I have ever had!“
“I've been happy with the various meals I've ordered. The Green Goddess Salad is a particular favorite. It is a substantial salad that does not stint on ingredients. The staff is hardworking and nice. Special shout out to Ms. Nancy, who is always super helpful no matter how busy she is.“
