Panera Bread in Durham

“The sevice was great. I had one of the best chicken sandwiches ever, and the spicy soap was incredible only available for the season we are in now Sept. Not HOT just nice and spicy, and came with a nice little loaf of warm bread. I can't wait to go back again. Met the manager sorry forgot his name but a super nice guy and willing and wanting to serve his cutomers. Please don't look close as the soap bowl as it is half empty, I was busy spooning it down.“

“Staff is always friendly and relatable. Food is absolutely delicious. The pomegranate drink tastes wonderful if you add a little sugar 😉. Also, I can tell they work very hard, it shows in how they work together as a team. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I've been happy with the various meals I've ordered. The Green Goddess Salad is a particular favorite. It is a substantial salad that does not stint on ingredients. The staff is hardworking and nice. Special shout out to Ms. Nancy, who is always super helpful no matter how busy she is.“

“I come to this Panera almost everyday and there’s always great service the other i couldn’t find my order and a very helpful young lady I believe her name was destiny went out of her way to help, we later figured out that the my order may have gotten stolen, i was upset but she was right on before i even noticed a guy name duece brought out my food and even give me a free chocolate chip cookie my favorite, and as I as walking out they both told me to a wonderful night, I can tell the managers are doing a great job with the young workers because usually when I go places at night when the younger employees work the food and the energy just feels less loving and more hurry up and leave this is my favorite Panera and restaurant“

“Every time I come to this location (which is literally almost every day), I am met with great customer service from the moment I walk in the door. I love the fact that I have so many options to choose from, but not so many that it's overwhelming. If I have questions, they have the answers and if not, they find it for me to the best of their ability. My food is delicious, granted I have my faves that I get regularly. Any hiccups, they promptly correct and do it without attitude. Please be cognizant that this location is at the mall, therefore it is VERY VERY busy during certain times. I have seen many customers get very angry and treat the staff poorly. They are doing the best they can. Please show some kindness, patience, & understanding and if you are incapable of that, then it's probably not the best location for you to visit. And just a message for the staff there, I appreciate you, your hard work, and helping me to have a good meal when I can't or don't want to cook for myself and my family. ALL of those things mean A LOT, more than you know!!!“

“I’m not usually one to go eat out for breakfast, but after running an errand this morning nothing was open between 8-9 A.M. with a breakfast sandwich of some sort that wasn’t ridiculously priced for adding vegetables. My local Panera did not have the everything bagel I was craving-this Panera location did when I ordered from their drive through.✨

This Panera let me have my cinnamon raisin bagel free of charge if I promised them to complete a survey about their customer service. Couldn’t find it so I figured a review would be the next best thing-please give these employees in the day shift a $1 raise for making my order 100% accurate, delicious, warm, and they were kind to me. 💵 Thanks Panera! 🥯“
