Pretty rough pick-up experience. Confirmation email showed my order was ready quite a bit earlier than my scheduled pick-up time, which isn't great for hot food. I saw a long drive-thru line and went inside instead. The staff inside claimed the store never received my order and kept questioning whether I had really received a confirmation email. When I explained my order was supposed to be a drive-thru pick-up, they were finally able to find my order, but we're visibly annoyed...read full review

Stopped in to grab take out. Ordered French Bistro Onion Soup, Chips, Steak and White Cheddar Cheese Sandwich, plus petite chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious and fresh. Loved that they had Ginger Ale as a fountain drink.* Rest room was clean too.

Panera is really a go to for me. My fav is the toasted cinnamon crunch bagel that you can get no where else. The sandwich selection is broad. It's open friendly space for anyone to be able to dine and relax for whatever purpose is cool.Vegetarian options: Lots of choices to put together.Wheelchair accessibility: Open spaces plenty.
