Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a popular restaurant known for its delicious chicken wings and tenders. While the service can be inconsistent, the food is generally praised as excellent. The Asian Zensation Salad is a customer favorite, but it is not always available. Overall, Zaxby's offers a good dining experience, with a kid-friendly atmosphere and good wheelchair accessibility.
Customers highlight the consistently hot and fresh food, as well as the professional and pleasant staff. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, and customers prefer Zaxby's salads over other options. Recently, the new tacos and banana pudding have been well-received. The restaurant caters well to those with dietary restrictions, offering many chicken options.
