My food was cold and bland. I ended up not eating half of it. My worst experience at a Chipotle. To be somewhat fair, it was late evening on Holloween and the staff all looked exhausted and ready to close up.
I frequently visit this location because it closest to my house . However tonight the food and the service was awful . I added guacamole to my bowl and this is what I got .Vegetarian options: You have the option of adding meat or not .

Out of rice. Out of barbacoa. Had to wait. Didn't offer chips and salsa for waiting. Prepaid and they never call me, I have to go back to the line to see if it's ready. Poor customer service. Tables and seats were also dirty.
