I contacted the Panera on Roxboro to learn the radius for catering delivery. When I noted it was in Hillsborough, but on the far end, they claimed that it was too far. I attempted to explain that it was on the closest end to Eno, and it was only 15 minutes away. However, the manager kept claiming 15 minutes was too far. I know thats not true based on other orders. I'm now ordering from another Panera Bread and its nearly 30min away. Being snarky and lazy, gets you nothing. Feel sorry for the business owner who just lost a large order.

Go figure the one of few times I actually want some food from this place, they gon be closed for an employee meeting at 7:30 at night on a Sunday. Maybe it's because I hyped myself up for their food, but highly disappointed.
Sister and I both ordered a baguette sandwich and side, took nearly 45 minutes for it, even though I didn't feel like the place was very crowded (3:00 on a Thursday). I though they had forgotten to put anything on my sandwich when I first saw it because no fillings/topping was actually visible between the bread until you take them apart (I asked for no pepper and they gave me the peppers but removed the tomatoes) so this did not feel worth $10 for just toasted bread with sauce. The sides were fine, but not worth the price either, and my sister's sandwich, while actually looking like a sandwich, was underwhelming. Only plus was the easy order system that made it very convenient to mark my allergies and visually look at every ingredient in each sandwich, I like knowing what I'm going to eat. The place was clean, staff seemed nice, but I just can't bring myself to pay that much for food that was so average or disappointing.

Pretty rough pick-up experience. Confirmation email showed my order was ready quite a bit earlier than my scheduled pick-up time, which isn't great for hot food. I saw a long drive-thru line and went inside instead. The staff inside claimed the store never received my order and kept questioning whether I had really received a confirmation email. When I explained my order was supposed to be a drive-thru pick-up, they were finally able to find my order, but we're visibly annoyed about it. I accept my part of the blame for selecting drive-thru pick-up but going inside instead. I didn't think it would break their entire system to try to pick up an order inside vs. in the drive-thru, but apparently the two sides don't talk to each other? What bothered me is I thought I was being polite and patient, but the staff acted like I was a massive inconvenience from the start. It wad a bummer.

Stopped in to grab take out. Ordered French Bistro Onion Soup, Chips, Steak and White Cheddar Cheese Sandwich, plus petite chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious and fresh. Loved that they had Ginger Ale as a fountain drink.* Rest room was clean too.
