Panera Bread Reviews
Wasn't familiar with Panera. Bought a bagel with cream cheese. They delivered an uncut, cold bagel. As I was cutting through the bagel, a young lady said that they would have done that for me. I asked why the bagel was cold, she replied I had to ask for a toasted and sliced bagel. When she realized I didn't know, she went and got me a toasted and sliced bagel. Service above and beyond these days. ❤
The food was good. The customer service and hygiene/upkeep of the store was very inconsistent.
Hope was amazing her care and professionalism was so appreciated. It was a special team during a stressful time for us. Thanks again 👍

Based on reviews, this Panera Bread location inside the Duke Medical Center receives mixed feedback. The service and food quality vary greatly. Some customers report a trashed store with dirty tables, a 30-minute wait for a kiosk order, and almost cold broccoli cheddar soup, with sandwiches described as passable. However, other experiences highlight phenomenal service, a top notch staff, and world class service, with a manager checking to make sure things were done right. The coffee is often described as much improved and tasting great, and the pomegranate drink tastes wonderful. The food is absolutely delicious for some, though a new ranch cobb salad was disappointing as it did not come with chicken. The staff is always friendly and relatable, and the store is clean and nice. There is lots of seating inside and out, and the order ahead is super easy.
