“Panera Bread on West Wendover Avenue provides good food and service. They serve bakery items and a variety of sandwiches and soups. I visited at dinner time on a weeknight and it was quiet and uncrowded. Large and small tables and booths were set uo to provide for a wide variety and number of customers. Pleasant outdoor seating was alao available.“
“Convenient to be located in the hospital! The space is clean and the staff are nice with plenty of seating in the area around the space. Food quality at this store is better than most Paneras in the triad I’ve been too but still falls short of the quality prior to Panera’s acquisition.“
“I really appreciate the Manager Savoy for hearing my complaints, taking accountability and offering a solution. Customer service is impeccable and I am just so grateful that he was able to turn a negative into a positive. I love Panera bread but was sick of being disappointed with this location. Savoy change my whole experience. Savoy is a great manager who actually cares about his store and wants to make it better. Thanks so much again“
“This was my first visit at this location (I was here visiting). It didn’t take a long time to receive our orders, our soups were very warm, our sandwiches and salads were delicious and our blueberry lavender lemonade was delicious! The customer service was great as well, I will probably visit here again once I return to North Carolina.“
