I really appreciate the Manager Savoy for hearing my complaints, taking accountability and offering a solution. Customer service is impeccable and I am just so grateful that he was able to turn a negative into a positive. I love Panera bread but was sick of being disappointed with this location. Savoy change my whole experience. Savoy is a great manager who actually cares about his store and wants to make it better. Thanks so much again
I came with my mother and all of my kids and I was very stressed but the cashier was very sweet and came to check up on me many times
