“Love this little Paneras. Super friendly helpful staff, esp Ms Jane - she is the best! I love that they have Almond milk and honey at the tea and coffee station. And they now offer savory gluten free frittatas for high protein breakfast option. Hooray!“

“The service here was great and the food was as to be expected, but it is FREEZING in here. I mentioned the climate to one of the poor line cooks, whose teeth were literally chattering as we spoke. She apologized and said that the manager doesn’t allow them to change the thermostat. It was so cold that the cheese on my wife’s HOT sandwich, congealed back to its original state. This manager should be charged with at least torture of employees as well as customers, if not full-on attempted murder. TOO COLD! 😡“
