“This is one of the nicest Panera locations I’ve visited! The restaurant is spacious, clean, and very welcoming. It doesn’t even feel like a typical fast-food spot. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted great. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to sit down, relax, and enjoy a meal. Definitely one of my favorite Panera locations!“
“Listen, Google reviews can be misleading. Talking to a manager, most of these bad reviews come from when they just opened and we’re working out the kinks. Fast forward, nothing I experienced at this Panera warrants a 3.6 stars…Give them a chance!“
“The service here was great and the food was as to be expected, but it is FREEZING in here. I mentioned the climate to one of the poor line cooks, whose teeth were literally chattering as we spoke. She apologized and said that the manager doesn’t allow them to change the thermostat. It was so cold that the cheese on my wife’s HOT sandwich, congealed back to its original state. This manager should be charged with at least torture of employees as well as customers, if not full-on attempted murder. TOO COLD! 😡“
