“I placed an order for a bunch of egg souffles and bagels for pick up on Christmas Eve as my family looks forward to Panera for breakfast on Christmas morning every year. The manager called me before pickup saying they didn't have the ingredients to make the souffles. I was not happy of course, but after some negotiations, the manager went above and beyond, getting the ingredients from another store and making the souffles so we could keep our Panera Christmas tradition alive.
