“Had a mishap with DoorDash taking over 45 minutes to drop off my order when the store is less than 10 minutes away. I called Panera, they not only remade everything but went above and beyond in customer service when I picked it up! My son enjoyed the gifted cookies.“
“I placed an online order ahead of time and made a few customizations to my sandwich and salad. Everything was just as I ordered and it was ready on time. Food was great and the girl working the counter was friendly. My only complaint is that the tomatoes on the salad were mushy. I will definitely be back!“

“They forgot to put my order in within drive thru. No big deal for me. They apologized, two different people apologized during my brief interaction at this drive thru. They gave me a cookie - I thought 'that is a nice touch.' I get home, I find they gave me a third baguette on top of the two I ordered - I thought 'now that is above and beyond.'
Why? Because I wasn't upset in the first place. Because I would never have complained or written a review. Because I wasn't expecting anything. Because it wasn't that big of a deal, to me. They recognized and resolved a potential problem before it even occurred. That is highly intelligent customer relations. They also recognized an item that I liked and utilized that (the extra baguette).

I received Exemplary Customer Service. The staff was equally as Awesome as the Manager. I believe he said that his name was Chris. He had great meal suggestions and was very kind and easy to talk to 👍🏾“
“You can immediately feel the difference when Darrien is not at Panera. When he is at work, everything runs so smoothly and fast—it honestly changes the whole experience. The managers are also amazing; they genuinely try to make everyone happy, both customers and staff, and it really shows. I love Panera, and Darrien is absolutely the best. He makes the place better just by being there.“
“We had lunch at this Panera on April 26, 2025 my dad and I and we must say that it is always a guarantee for a quick and tasty lunch with its salads, sandwiches, hot and cold dishes. You order directly from a computer and pay by card, then when the dishes are ready you are called by name. Very good value for money and always fresh and good ingredients. Go there!“
“I don't often go to this location... seems short staffed more often... but the food is always excellent and the service has always been good when I have gone here... I have enjoyed going to Panera as a whole for probably 25 + years if not more.. far back to their early days... always consistent... and can't get enough of the orange scones! 🥰“
“I have been coming to this location since it opened. The last few years the service and food haven’t been the best. I was pleasantly surprised this time. I ordered a pick two with broccoli cheddar soup and a tomato basil BLT sandwich. I got the French baguette as a side. I had a lemonade to drink and also got a kitchen sink cookie. Everything was accurate and tasted great. There was no wait for the food in the drive through line. They ran out of medium cups so they gave me a large for free. They also ran out of silverware but I didn’t mind. Overall this was a great experience.“
