Saturday night, 6:00 pm. Front counter closed. Need to use kiosk.2 employees only seen in the kitchen. People backed up eating for food. Trash overflowing, drink station a less. Can’t throw garbage away because receptacle is overflowing.
Panera always has great food but unfortunately the staff is not always pleasant at this location. One of the issues that I have seen is having someone as a cashier who becomes easily flustered and frustrated when it gets busy. I've experienced that and then it's taken out on me. I completely understand that restaurants get busy but the unpleasantness of the staff is an ongoing thing. I hope they fix it because it's the only Panera on this side of Ballantyne and the entire experience...read full review
