I wish I could give a zero but I can’t. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to pick up a sandwich! I’ve had this issue at this location before but was hoping it was a one-off thing. It is not and now reading the reviews I see I’m not the only one. Over priced, poor service, mediocre food. I’m done!! Horrible service!!

The breakfast souffle I purchased was good but the pecan twist must have been used to hammer nails the previous day. Stale and hard. Microwave couldn't even save it. Thought they baked these things fresh every morning?? Guess

Over the last 6 months, the management team keeps making one bad decision after another causing this location to go from the best to the worse. Workers are not properly trained. Orders continue to be incorrect. Management can barely keep any staff, likely due to not paying workers enough money. No personnel are at the front counter to take orders. The last time here, it took the (minimal) staff 28 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.

This is the worse Panera Bread I've ever been too . The wait is horrendous and they never give you what you've ordered. Ingredients are always missing off the sandwiches and they don't have the decency to tell you if they are out of something . They just give you whatever . I will no longer patronize this location .

Save yourself sometime and don't stop here specially if you're going to work. I stood in the drive thru for almost half an hour and there was only 2 cars ahead of me!!! I decided not to order this time since I wouldn't have time to eat it anyway.
They messed up our orders last 3 times we ordered takeout , as much as we love Panera this the worst place. It’s pathetic, u come home after driving back and forth for 25 minutes and your vegetarian orders has meat so u can’t eat it and end up fixing up something. Went through the drive-thru, asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it. Took 25 minutes and there were two cars in front of me. Then I get my bagel in a bag with one little container of cream cheese, no knife, no napkins, and this has happened every time I go to this one. I go to the one at Waverly will not again. What a
They always leave something out of my order. It is frustrating to have to double check and go back inside.
Everything is fine but they seem to always have a shortage of staff and everything seems like a dumpster fire
