Service was excellent atmosphere was good. The product selection has been reduced substantially in the last few years, as well as the products have as not been fresh as they were in the past.
Now that they have self-serve kiosk, there's no one at the front entrance counter to take your orders. There was one person at far side, but looked like she didn't want to be near front just in case someone wanted to take an order from her. Kiosk asked for my name so someone can call it out when order was completed, but they simply called out the items I ordered, not my name. People who ordered take out, staff simply put bag on counter and went back to cooking. So, my only complaint...read full review
The services for now in order the food is prepared very quickly. They holler out your name and already in 3 days of being here. They've offered me assistance every time. Is a new blind individual utilizing their facility. I've had breakfast, lunch sandwiches, salads, and their bakery. Food is just as good as every other and ever that I've had, especially back where I was living in the Harrisburg area. New top favorite.
