I come to this place often and always notice they don’t keep their tables clean and ready for the next guest. Today we had to ask an employee to come clean the table! All of the tables had crumbs of food from the previous guest… They should do better at keeping this place clean, especially in the South Park area!

I've been coming to this Panera for a very long time when I come from out of town every month. This one struggled for a while and the service was terrible but they finally got it turned around only to have a car drive through their window. I updated their hours because it wasn't correct on this website and the last time I went they've definitely are back on track as far as quality and service goes.

The bagel was good. Gave a 1 star based on the service received from one employee working behind the counter prepping food. I ordered a cinnamon crunch began online. Went to the pick up counter get the befall. Asked the nice gentleman behind the counter if I could have a extra cream cheese (I’m well aware of the up charge) He handed it to me and the lady beside him says “It’s a up charge” - I said okay. She repeated again I told her I’m aware ma’am and proceeded to the counter to pay. I got to the counter and the gentleman that gave me the cream cheese appears acting as if he’s looking for something. I asked him if he was sent by the lady to make sure I paid. I could tell by the look on his face he was. I felt humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager. Gave my experience and probably will not come back to this location.

employees gossip & are rude to customers for no reason.ordered extra broccoli on my teriyaki bowl & was told that was fine, after seeing it wasn't on the receipt i asked the window where the food comes out if it's okay to add extra. The "manager" saw the receipt & said it wasn't listed. I asked if I could go up front & pay for them to add extra, as that's the way I typically order/receive it. Kayla said no. after asking what her name was, she said that was not her duty to say. I asked for a manager, & she said she was the manager, doesn't that mean you are the face of the company, & obligated to please the customer?I guess I'm wrong. It was fine in there, most employees were kind but would all gather to point out family out & hide.

Walked from the nearby hotel. They shut and lock the doors 10 minutes before closing and I could not purchase a drink because they “locked the doors”. Change the hours to 4:50 if that’s the case.
