I always enjoy eating Panera so when I saw there was one next to my gate I was so excited when I had a whole hour before boarding. Little did I know, after putting in my order it would take an entire hour just to GET my food. There’s absolutely no reason why getting food from Panera should take an hour. I ordered a sandwich, nothing complex. It was not that busy. I don’t recommend eating here unless you have well over an hour to waste waiting to eat.
After waiting more than 10 min in line for my turn, I have finally ordered 1 (one) sandwich “ciabatta cheesesteak” and a cup of “homemade chicken soup”. After I orders I saw the options to “pick 2” for a 20% off, that I did not know about (we don’t have Panera Bread in Europe). It was too late because I have already ordered but would have been nice for the cashier lase to ask me if I want to consider that option…15 mins after, my food was ready.I did not check...read full review

Food took over an hour. When I got my drinks they incorrectly completed my order. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to make the food. The supervisor came out and unprofessionally screamed “it ain’t my fault your flights boarding and your food isn’t ready!” Shout out to Anthony working the register. He personally went back and made my order so I didn’t miss my flight.
