Worst Worst Worst!!! What a horrible experience. Shift managers is on the phone with an employee that is calling in and telling them they better show up or else. Not in a professional way! Employees walking around. Another Charlotte Douglas employee standing in front of the food delivery area constantly berating one of the other workers about wanting to date her. Skip this place and find another at the airport.They’ll ask you if you want to add cheese to your burger. What they don’t tell you is that it’s a $2 up charge for the cheese instead of the usual 50 cents. So my 4.99 jr whopper was 6.99 with cheese.Really rude as well.There’s plenty of other places around that don’t commit highway robbery.

They need to shut this place down. Staff had no interest in doing anything other than yelling at customers. Paid $37 for two whopper meals, the burgers were cold and not microwaved at all, the coke tasted like water. For gods sake shut this place down and let the staff do whatever they enjoy in their lives. Any illegal crossing the border would love to replace them and do a much better job.
