Absolutely terrible service, but moreover, I just experienced one of the top 5 worst hamburger experiences that I have ever had. Of course, I had the pleasure to pay for it. Between the very bad service and the food, I recommend you think really hard before you belly up to this joint.
The food is just mediocre at best, servers are nice but it’s extremely slow. The prices are wrong. The online prices are wrong and the table side menu- I got charged about $5 over what it should’ve been before taxes. If tried this place two times just Incase it was just not a good day and it’s just not worth the money. You could get a feast anywhere else for what I paid for two things. Just keep that in mind. Like the pick two from Panera and a coffee haha.

The employees were chatting & gossiping. One of them finally took my order minutes later with no one waiting. The food, a burrito, was $20 and a small drink $6. Very overpriced. Especially considering how flavorless the burrito was and poorly put together to where you can’t pick up the burrito without it falling apart. Avoid this place & go to one of the many other options at the airport.
