Chick-fil-A is normally one of my favorite restaurants and I am saddened to have to write this review. I ordered the grilled nuggets and the employee acknowledged my request. After I had paid for my order, I confirmed with her again and she got a shocked look on her face and said that she had selected the fried nuggets. Got a notification on my app from Chick-fil-A welcoming me to Charlotte and to have a free chicken sandwich. So, I took my family to the very long line and then the cashier said they do not accept rewards at their location. She was not kind the entire time we ordered, but food was decent, and manager who brought out food was nice. Could be worse, could be better.

Definitely not the same Chick-fil-A experience you get outside of the airport. Michelle was the cashier and seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. We just had breakfast at this location 7 days ago before flying out with no issues/complaints the reason for the 3 star review.
