Thank God I had a 2 hour layover!Orders were taken quick enough, BUT, the woman “ Denise” who was passing out the food bags, was calling out customers NAMES rather than the # on their orders!!!Which isn’t smart, for example when the common name John is called, any old John could take the order and run to catch his plane. And I wouldn’t blame him because he may have been waiting already more than 30 mins.She did not verify the name with the order #, which could avoid this disaster!!!!Sometimes she would tell them what was in the bag and ask if that was their order. Again an easy yes and run.People were waiting long periods, and some left without their already paid for goods.Simple solution, call the order # and VERIFY the person picking it up by matching their # with the food #.MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTICE!!!And change your approach, it’s an easy fix.

Definitely not the same Chick-fil-A experience you get outside of the airport. Michelle was the cashier and seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. We just had breakfast at this location 7 days ago before flying out with no issues/complaints the reason for the 3 star review.

Easily the worst chic fil a I've been to. 1 rude cashier with 10 people in the back, 35 minutes to take my order for a sandwich that was sitting there the whole time. Not even close to the normal chic fil a service.

I watched a woman explaining a simple error to the staff. They could not understand it. In addition, they all began talking/yelling about how the woman "don't be knowing nothing." Exactly the opposite of how employees should act.

This airport Chick-fil-A is a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A name. Absolutely no one had hustle. Had to wait 5 minutes for coffee after already waiting 25 minutes in line.

Fiery Intercessor

Chick-fil-A is normally one of my favorite restaurants and I am saddened to have to write this review. I ordered the grilled nuggets and the employee acknowledged my request. After I had paid for my order, I confirmed with her again and she got a shocked look on her face and said that she had selected the fried nuggets. I reminded her that I had asked for grilled nuggets.She said that she would have them “fix” the order. I waited for them to prepare my order. Soon after, they gave it to me and, lo and behold, they were the fried nuggets. I again reminded them that I had ordered the grilled nuggets. Then, they came back with one order of grilled nuggets, but still with the fried ones. Given that it was 5 pm and in the dinner hour and they were busy, I finally just left. Fortunately, they had only charged me for the fried nuggets and not the grilled ones (which are an extra cost).I am on a restricted diet and am really not supposed to be eating fried food. I feel that if Chick-fil-A is going to offer a grilled product, then they need to train their employees to differentiate between the two products and ring them up properly when the customer orders it. The grilled nuggets make it more plausible for the health conscious and diet-restricted to eat there. Unfortunately, this incident has happened at least three other times at Chick-fil-As in general.I should also note that no one at the Charlotte Airport Chick-fil-A even offered me an apology for their mishap and most didn’t even smile. I’m normally one of Chick-fil-A’s biggest fans, but unfortunately today, they missed the mark.

Got a notification on my app from Chick-fil-A welcoming me to Charlotte and to have a free chicken sandwich. So, I took my family to the very long line and then the cashier said they do not accept rewards at their location. She was not kind the entire time we ordered, but food was decent, and manager who brought out food was nice. Could be worse, could be better.

Normally Chic Fil A is fast. This one is not, go somewhere else you will stand in line forever and not move. Usually the line is long but moves fast but this place does not they are worthless. Go somewhere else as this place is an embarrassment to Chick Fil A.
