Food took over an hour. When I got my drinks they incorrectly completed my order. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to make the food. The supervisor came out and unprofessionally screamed “it ain’t my fault your flights boarding and your food isn’t ready!” Shout out to Anthony working the register. He personally went back and made my order so I didn’t miss my flight.

I always enjoy eating Panera so when I saw there was one next to my gate I was so excited when I had a whole hour before boarding. Little did I know, after putting in my order it would take an entire hour just to GET my food. There’s absolutely no reason why getting food from Panera should take an hour. I ordered a sandwich, nothing complex. It was not that busy. I don’t recommend eating here unless you have well over an hour to waste waiting to eat.

After waiting more than 10 min in line for my turn, I have finally ordered 1 (one) sandwich “ciabatta cheesesteak” and a cup of “homemade chicken soup”. After I orders I saw the options to “pick 2” for a 20% off, that I did not know about (we don’t have Panera Bread in Europe). It was too late because I have already ordered but would have been nice for the cashier lase to ask me if I want to consider that option…15 mins after, my food was ready.I did not check the contents of my bag.After I sat down and started taking things out, I realized by “ciabatta cheesesteak” sandwich was made on a regular bun, a burger bun….half had red peppers on it, half did not…The atmosphere is not inviting and the staff not professional at all.Will not come back here.

Poor service, 30min for a soup and salad

Paid 21.46 including tip for a cobb salad. The salad had about 1/3 of what it was supposed to have. Missing one egg, 2/3 of the chicken, Zero blue cheese, no onions of any kind! Really! Don’t go here. Panera Bread in general has gone down hill! I should have taken a photo but i was trying to eat quickly before next flight.

The food I had from there was quite ok in taste. I ordered a Margherita Flatbread Pizza and a greek salad. The salad could have been a bit more various when it comes to ingredients, because a huge part of it were just green leaves. The order was processed quickly!

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a bowl of the chicken noddle soup. got the salad with not chicken and a cup of the soup with barely any chicken. My gate wasn’t close by so I could t even go back. Check your order!

Panera bread is suppose to open up @ 5:30am per the website and per the small sign the workers made themselves. It was 5:28am when a line began to form around the Panera. The workers looked nonchalant, and one even laughed saying a line was forming. She proceeded to tell us that the line was on the other side @ exactly 5:30am. Ten minutes later we are still standing in line, the lights are off in the Panera and the workers are doing everything they can to not address the issue. My partner proceeded to ask another worker what time they were opening, the worker barely addressed her and simply mumbled 6am. We then advised her that per the signs and the website they were suppose to be open at 5:30am and if they were not going to be open yet why have everyone standing around in line, without addressing the customers. Showing consideration for their customers would have helped eased this issue and their delayed opening. Instead the worker began to yell at us stating that they were short staffed and that there was only three of them working and continuously kept shouting at us. We again told her that they could have just communicated that instead of having ppl waiting around. If you don’t want to deal with people then don’t work customer service, especially food service. I included photos of the woman who was yelling.
