Jimmy John's in Raleigh

“Crystal gets a 5/5! I’ve only visited this Jimmy John’s a few times but Crystal made THE best sandwich I’ve tasted at this chain. Jimmy and the John’s would be so proud of the service Crystal is providing customers.

4/5 because one time about an hour or so before closing, the store did not have bread. That’s like a pizza shop not having dough. The employee handled it professionally so this is more so feedback at Jimmy John’s operations. All they had were wraps and respectfully, no one wants that.

“I usually don’t do Google reviews but I had to this time. I just started a new job and have been going here a few times the past 2 weeks. Always around 12 and 1 PM. They seem to get a lot of orders around this time and I’ve noticed no matter how backed up or high stress I perceive the orders coming to be, they always hold it down Efficiently and with a positive attitude. There’s this woman (Lady with dreadlocks) She’s always in there every time I order and has always been super nice to me.“

“I came in right before closing, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much but wow, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s. The only woman working behind the counter (I wish I caught her name!) let us know the bread had just come out of the oven and that our pickup order would be ready in about 10 minutes. Myself and two other customers waited patiently, and when I got my order, it was absolutely worth it. The sandwich was probably the best I’ve had, and I’m usually a Jersey Mike’s regular. I was 100% satisfied and genuinely happy I stopped in, even as a last-minute visit. I’ll be back.“
