Jimmy John's in Raleigh

“I placed a fairly large catering order at 4:00 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, for pick up the following morning between 10:45 - 11. When I arrived at the store, another customer was loading their catering order in their car, so it was obvious things were off to a busy morning at this location.

When I walked inside just after 10:45, the staff had my entire order (1 large catering bundle and 1 small catering bundle) packed up and ready to go right up front.

I was warmly greeted by the team when I walked in and after I told them my name, they confirmed my order with me and then helped me carry it out to the truck.

James and his team couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. My customers made multiple comments about how much their enjoyed their lunch and what a great choice I made by ordering Jimmy John's for our event rather than some of the other options they are typically provided.

Will definitely utilize this location again when I am in town for similar meetings or just need to grab a quick sandwich.

“I usually don’t do Google reviews but I had to this time. I just started a new job and have been going here a few times the past 2 weeks. Always around 12 and 1 PM. They seem to get a lot of orders around this time and I’ve noticed no matter how backed up or high stress I perceive the orders coming to be, they always hold it down Efficiently and with a positive attitude. There’s this woman (Lady with dreadlocks) She’s always in there every time I order and has always been super nice to me.“

“I came in right before closing, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much but wow, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s. The only woman working behind the counter (I wish I caught her name!) let us know the bread had just come out of the oven and that our pickup order would be ready in about 10 minutes. Myself and two other customers waited patiently, and when I got my order, it was absolutely worth it. The sandwich was probably the best I’ve had, and I’m usually a Jersey Mike’s regular. I was 100% satisfied and genuinely happy I stopped in, even as a last-minute visit. I’ll be back.“
