Jimmy John's in Cary

“I had a great experience today! It has been a while since the last time i remember a great customer service experience anywhere. SETH, ANDREW and BRENT made our nifht great!. When i first got off the car i was not sure if they were open but sure enough they where looking out waiting for me to come in! After entering the three of them welcomed in to the store. When i got to the counter i said to the cashier that i was not familiar with the menu andhe suggested two great options and i had to buy the two of them a #11 and a Chicken Bacon ranch one(the best taste ever). I did not feel rushed at alll or anything. While i was speaking the other two employees started working on my order. And in less than 10 minutes i walked out with warm food, 2 driks, a cookie and 2 chips. Thank you guys for your hard efford. I hope someone in that big company sees the way you do magic with the brand! And rewards you with the best! God bless yall! And thank you again!“

“I’m so impressed by this team! They did a wonderful job with my catering order and were in touch with me throughout the process. They even called me a week in advance to give me a heads-up that they wouldn’t be able to make a certain sandwich that I had ordered. The employee, RJ, helped me pick out a new sandwich to replace it with which worked out perfectly. My huge order was ready right on time and the sweet employees even helped me carry it out to my car. Above all, food was amazing as always!!!“

It’s at a great location and the atmosphere is always so welcoming and inviting. Customer service is awesome and Ashleigh is Awesome and always so kind and goes out of her way to make sure everything is exactly how you want it to be. The food is always so fresh and delicious as well. I highly recommend this place!!!“
