“I stopped by this Popeyes fully expecting the usual: great chicken, a little chaos, and maybe a biscuit that challenges my dental insurance. Instead, I walked into what felt like the Ritz-Carlton of fried chicken.
The place was spotless. Tables clean. Floors clean. Even the sauce station looked like it had been detailed by a NASCAR pit crew. And the staff? They actually looked like they enjoyed working there, which is rarer than a slow lunch hour.
Huge shoutout to Sarah at the counter. Fast. Efficient. Laser-focused on getting me my order with a little extra humor. I blinked and somehow my food was already in my hands. If there were an Olympic event for quick service, Sarah would take gold.
And the chicken? Perfect. Hot. Crispy. Full of the kind of joy that makes you briefly reconsider all other life plans.“

“A preferred spot in RDU for me. It's expensive because it's in the airport, but you consistently get an OK enough meal for less than ten dollars which is better than most places in the airport. Today I got the chicken biscuit combo and a coffee. The tater tots were a bit greasy, which is to be expected. The biscuit was somewhat dry, again, expected from popeyes. Life is about managing these expectations. 5 stars.“
“I generally have a great experience when I go here. There has only been one instance where an employee was being rude and ended up messing up half of my order. I ended up getting compensated for it. And I haven't had another experience like that since.“
“Good food but always check your order because in my experience especially late night your order is going to be wrong you going to get home and be disappointed especially me with my physician recommended me not eating dark meat I order white meat and get home and have dark meat just saying when it gets low on what they have ready they'll give you anything big turn off“
“The team at this location is the best by far every time I've visited. Even when I've ordered thru DoorDash the food has always been fresh and correct every time. All the staff are polite and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Even when it's really busy they are efficient but also keep a smile on their faces. I will go out of my way to get food from this location even if I'm closer to another store.“
