“Had the most amazing carhop. A young lady helped me to get my order fixed after it arrived with issues. I asked for no cheese, and the ticket even said no cheese, but unfortunately it came with cheese. I am very allergic to cheese, and even though they were very busy I felt awful bothering the young lady. She assured me it was no issue and went back inside. Around 15 minutes later she brings me the correct burger and apologizes for the delay. Truthfully I was a bit snappy with her, but it was hard to stay upset with how understanding she was. She was very polite, and even took the time to socialize with us. It's not often that fast food workers take the time to chat with customers, and it really made me feel like I was sitting down somewhere and not just in my car. Thank you Kristen!!

“Now let me first start off by saying I grew up in this neighborhood and remember when they built the sonic but today at 5 o’clock I had the best fast food burger ever. I ordered two of the Smashburger meals and they both were fresh hot so much so that it burnt my mouth, cheese, dripping, fresh lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Also good so I’m giving them five stars! Crew continue to do what you’re doing.“
