Slow service, pulled up at 3:00 left at 3:54. Got my food at 3:24 but they left out the footlong, finally got the footlong at 3:52. They had some business but they weren’t busy. Didn’t argue or complain. Figured I’d bring it up to management. Normally we get good service.
Ordered cherry limeade. Supposed to get cherry and lime. I asked for limes. Good thing I did. My soft pretzel had no salt on it. I had to ask for cheese. Used to like going but not so much now.

I liked this location. I've had some good experiences. But I've had too many negative ones to continue to go here. In fact, the last encounter and lack of quality customer communication/service (with corporate, not this specific location) was enough to make me never want to visit another Sonic again.I ordered on the app, arranged for my food to be ready at a certain time, and drove to the restaurant.
