Seriously the best brisket I’ve ever had. And I grew up in TX and have been to some places well known for brisket. This tops them all. The Texas Jack sausage is absolutely delicious!
The best BBQ in Cary, hands down. Perfectly smoky turkey, tender brisket, amazing smoked brussel sprouts and mac and cheese. Everything is fantastic. They even have a “fire brewed” root beer from out of Wisconsin that was stellar.And then there are the guys that work the truck who are always the nicest and most patient.
