Really good BBQ. I'm generally not a huge fan of BBQ, but this had a great balance of tang, sweetness, and smoke. The people are awesome and I'll definitely be back for more.

It's a food truck located on a farm. Friendly amazing staff.. I was well pleased with the taste of the bbq. I love Texas style bbq and as others mentioned in their review, this is the closest you will find. The seasoning and tenderness is excellent. You really don't need sauces on their meat but if you choose to use it the sauces are great too. The service is quick. I really appreciate the guys service when their credit card machine was malfunctioned and I was their lucky customer of the day. I'm stopping here again when I travel to North Carolina.. If your hesitant about trying this place, don't be! Its worth a try, you wont be disappointed.

Be warned that, if you order online, no one will serve you. You will wait for 40 min or more even though your order was to be ready at a designated time. Business really needs to figure out a system for people who plan ahead and just want to be handed a bag of food.

First timers today. Things I learned: Their Texas style BBQ is so AMAZING!!! 1. Get there earlier to get exactly what you want. 2. They even make those delicious pickles and I want more. Okay, well more of everything!! 3. Super nice people waiting in line with us!! Talk to your neighbors! Get the cream soda. Trust me. 4. Super nice guys! Told them we were there for the first time and it was my fiancé' birthday weekend. After we ordered and were waiting for our food they all broke out in "Happy birthday!" It was cool and they gave him a banana pudding! What a great day all 'round.

Really good visit it from Los Angeles for work. I found this spot in TikTok. The people there are so welcoming. Had a long chat with them. I was exploring the city. Also. You will never regret your decision going there it's really really good. 100%. I will go back for for more.

Very good food. First time, staff helped us with our selection. I had ribs, wife had brisket and daughter had pulled pork sandwich. It was all very incredible. Sides and banana pudding were equally as good. Highly recommended!!!

Wow! Don't be skerred off by the fact this is a [permanent location] food truck. These guys are going to give ANY BBQ joint in the area a run for their money! I'm a huge fan of Prime BBQ (Knightdale, NC) and haven't been able to find anything close to Prime's caliber of BBQ until today. Bryce Dampf (one of the brothers in the family) spent some time chatting with me today. He may be my new best friend...at least on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as those are the only days they're open (see what I did there?). I highly recommend the brisket. The fat in the point was well rendered and made the slices incredibly juicy. Their pickled onions and jalapeños were perfect complement to the rich, fatty bite of beef. Give 'em a try. You won't regret it.

The brisket is unrivaled, truly. But you can't fo wrong with any of it! Got beef cheek and beef rib for the first time today and both are incredible. The service is always so kind, too. This is a MUST visit.
Seriously the best brisket I’ve ever had. And I grew up in TX and have been to some places well known for brisket. This tops them all. The Texas Jack sausage is absolutely delicious!

They have some of the best Brisket around the RTP area, their beef ribs are amazingly delicious but run out quickly.
Nothing compares to Dampf. I would travel hours for their brisket.

Hands down best Texas style BBQ place in Cary area. The brisket plate comes with all the fixins. The guys running the truck are down to earth and took the time to tell us about their operation.
