OK let me be honest.I've been a loyal customer who kept coming back to this restaurant.Not because of their service, and not because of their atmosphere.The essence of a spicy hotpot is the spicy broth.While I'll admit all other hotpot restaurants nearby are superior in service and atmosphere....12 Ji is just in a league of its own in terms of broth.I know they can't survive on broth alone. Very good meat and really flavorful broth. Definitely hit the spot. The place was empty when we went in but that did not ruin it for us. Just went on a holiday weekend so not many people out. Will definitely go back:)

This is my second time visit. First time in March it was so impressive. But we went then recently was a little disappointed. The food is not as fresh as before. Easy to park your car.
