“This Subway has got to be my absolute favorite. The food is bomb, college students get free cookies or free chips, there’s always a deal going on, and the employees are so freaking sweet. They remember their frequent customers! The environment is also nice and quiet there, so I like going when I want to take a break and relax while I’m eating my food. Absolutely superior service, a must for college students!“

“Subway was running March Madness promotions on the app, and the Subway I normally stop at wasn't participating, so this Subway came up as an alternative. It is located in Wakefield Crossing Shopping Center. (The one with the Food Lion)

I ordered on the app, then went in to pick up my order in the designated area. It was quick and efficient. I didn't interact with the staff. My order was prepared correctly. The store seemed clean and well-maintained.“

“Okay I see the reviews that are less than stellar, but I have to tell you, honestly, that I did not have a bad experience at this Subway. And I’ve been back many times since my first trip there months ago. I always order the same thing- the Chicken Teriyaki Sweet Onion sandwich. From my first visit to today’s visit, it is one of the best meals I’ve had (when comparing Subway sandwiches & locations). Sure, the owner (I think it’s him) may not be the most gregarious person on the planet, but I always try to engage him & I get a smile each time. The other employees have been accommodating as well.

I heard someone say one time, “Food advertised as cheap, fast, & good, will never be all the three at once.” A footlong for $8 (on Wednesdays) for me, however, has consistently been prepared quickly, & tastes pretty damn good, visit after visit. For transparency I don’t ever get drinks or chips or cookies, so I can’t speak to that. I do order on the app and in person.

“I made an order last night online. I payed to get sliced avocados which is an extra fee and I didn’t get any in my sandwich. I also bought 2 cookies and only received one. They need to either train the workers there better or pay more attention to peoples orders. Besides that… the location is clean and well organized. Just upsetting to get home, happy to eat your meal and have something missing. ?“

“Compared to the reviews from last year this subway has stepped up their game. That overpriced SubStation is closed, so this was the other option and I am glad to say I will no longer spend $15 for a footlong! Plus if you still check your mailbox they send out coupons if you sign up.“

“Everytime I go to this location I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The food is fresh, the service is good and they DO ACCEPT COUPONS if people would read, there's a sign right where you order and pay that tells you which ones they accept. Just like at other chain restaurants like dominos and pizza hut, etc. different locations will have varying offers, it's pretty common. Today I went in and the yound man who fixed my sub was super friendly, and he put out new veggies for the ones that he didn't think look the freshest even though I thought they were fine lol. I have gone there several times with a star star experience each time. Me and mine will definitely be returning because it has been extremely hard finding take out/fast food where people actually care about customer service or the quality of your food. Also about the review pertaining to the one worker's attitude, if you click on the poster and see their other reviews, you can see they went to another place with the same complaint on the same day and possibly one more....at that point it's likely not the workers.. it's you....??‍♀️“

“When I asked management to help me Taylor my order to fit properly with the event I was ordering for. Having never done something like this before I wasn't sure how much food I would need they walked me through making the order and it came out perfect and everyone loved there sandwiches.“

“Despite only receiving a 2 star experience, I believe a few of the other negative reviews here were not deserved.When I went in I walked over to the register, and was eventually approached, I had a mobile order, and said my name was Jacob. Apparently neither of the two employees spoke english, 3 minutes I tried talking to them, and showed them my order, eventually one realized that they had made it, my name "Jacob" on the bag......I do not blame the two ladies, it is wrong for management to know that they don't speak the best english, while I am sure they can manage, it is still an inconveniences and probably makes the job extra hard for them.“
