Employees were very kind and polite. The store doesn’t accept coupons which is understandable as it’s up to the franchise owner to be a participant in the corporate coupon/programs. What really frustrates me is if you order a Bottle (not fountain) drink from the app, they will not honor it and instead give you a fountain drink. First off..The place smells bad, I ordered from the app site unseen, told them I ordered on the app, they said they never got it, I showed them my app confirmed everything with them including their location from the app, I was charged for my order from my bank, and instead of making the order they said tough luck call your bank… I told them this was my only option for lunch as I left my wallet at home.. cheap franchisee shouldn’t own this location, needless to say I’ll be...read full review

Ordered 2 subs. When I got to the register I asked for 2 cups of water to go with my food."We don't do cups of water"I thought he was joking so I asked again. He again said no. The manager was there.
