The manager/owner (an Indian guy) is rude to his employees. A young, nice girl working there was trying to learn how to apply my rewards points. The manager was speaking rudely to her in a condescending and embarrasing manner. I will not support any business who mistreats their employees or customers. Worst customer experience ever, will never go back here again. Ordered a birthday cake for my son that was supposed to be ready at 9:00 on Monday, went to pick it up on Tuesday at 1:30 and it wasn't ready. No one called to notify me they weren't going to have it ready for his birthday later that day. On top of that, they offered nothing to make it right or to provide another ready made cake so we would have something for the family celebration for my 7 year olds birthday later...read full review
