Unfortunately, the worst cold stone experience my husband and I have had. I’ve been going to cold Stone since I was a child when they first opened. I ordered my usual and it was very melted. the last time I went to cold Stone a couple months ago in even hotter weather the ice cream was not melted. if you’re ever in a rush, do not come here. They may have five people working, but they may as well have one because that’s the speed that they offer.
I did not place an order. Before I had the opportunity to order, I felt uncomfortable due to the employee’s demeanor and chose to leave. I can’t speak to his intentions, but his body language came across as unwelcoming, and made me feel uncomfortable enough to leave without placing an order. I had been looking forward to visiting your creamery !
