Walked in at 8pm was asked if I had a pickup which I didn’t. Then tells me they have no bread. How does a sub place not have bread? But if i had a pickup things would’ve been different? Just dumb

Ordered 2 subs. When I got to the register I asked for 2 cups of water to go with my food."We don't do cups of water"I thought he was joking so I asked again. He again said no. The manager was there. He also confirmed that they "don't do cups of water."I didn't ask for it for free. Just wanted water.How can you just not let your customer have a cup of water at a restaurant?Makes no sense. Won't be back.

Employees were very kind and polite. The store doesn’t accept coupons which is understandable as it’s up to the franchise owner to be a participant in the corporate coupon/programs. What really frustrates me is if you order a Bottle (not fountain) drink from the app, they will not honor it and instead give you a fountain drink. They claim that the app shows 2.09 for a bottle Coke while they charge 2.69 for a bottle Coke. Look, I don’t really care for 60 cents but if in the official subway app it shows one thing and you give something else, I’m going to be a little frustrated. Again, the employees were polite about the issue and it is not their fault.There is another subway about a mile away on capital that I have not experienced these problems with.TLDR: franchise owner doesn’t want to accept coupons nor will they honor what you order on the app.

First off..The place smells bad, I ordered from the app site unseen, told them I ordered on the app, they said they never got it, I showed them my app confirmed everything with them including their location from the app, I was charged for my order from my bank, and instead of making the order they said tough luck call your bank… I told them this was my only option for lunch as I left my wallet at home.. cheap franchisee shouldn’t own this location, needless to say I’ll be deleting this app, and I’m done with subway that’s how bad this was … ridiculous

All the sides "lettuce,spinach,green pepper..etc" looked like they were from 2 days ago.The tomatoes looked like they already had pepper on the in the container.And it was only around 10:50 a.m.

Will not be back the owner is very rude and rushed you out his store. Veggies are HORRIBLE. When asked for different ones he got a attitude. The young lady with the pink hair was nice though.

I went in the store the owner by the name of Peter was very rude and treats his staff very poorly . The staff looks over worked and under paid . The lady with the pink hair was very nice but when it came time to pay for my food I saw mold in the drink dispenser and I also saw 2 roaches crawling behind the counter by the veggies . I see why the store has low sanitation score the health department needs to be contacted

Closed the place 30 minutes early and would not turn on the toaster and had all the meats put away. Old lady with glasses was very rude as she was telling other customers in line that she would not turn on the oven toaster.

Very rude staff, when I walked in there was an already existing conflict where a customer was demanding a refund. I order my food and it’s fine, but I asked for a water cup and was declined. I thought it was against the law to deny water in a restaurant? Especially to a customer who ALREADY paid for their overpriced sandwich? Also, they had a sign on the door saying that they were no longer accepting coupons due to higher cost of food. Awful experience

The employees closed the store, 10 minutes early, but still have the open sign on, but will not let anyone in because they are cleaning up it was a guy and a young lady the young lady always have an attitude when I come in there like she don’t want to be at work.. some people just don’t need a job every time I come I always spend 40+, but that one business won’t get my money anymore..
