The manager of this store is doing the employees of this location wrong by only having two of them on shift all the time. I just had to wait for about 10 minutes on a pickup order because there was a huge line of people. On top of that, I'm pretty sure both employees were new. It's clear the management isnt valuing their employees enough, and it shows in the food and atmosphere. My sandwich was poorly assembled because they were rushing to get through everyone. Ordered a sub with no black olives and yet they gave me extra black olives on my sub. Now im plucking them off my sandwich just to eat it because they cant understand basics English
I’ve been coming to this Subway location in Raleigh since I was a kid, and it continues to be the only one I choose to visit. The consistency, cleanliness, and overall service truly set it apart.
