Chili's in Raleigh

“I last went to a chilis 4 years ago in Garner and had the worst service ever and the manager there didn’t do anything to fix it or make us happy. Haven’t been to a chilis since then. Tonight a friend of ours wanted to go to this one in Raleigh I reluctantly said yes. We had the best service ever from Lowell. I’ve seriously not had authentic food service at any restaurant in years. He pre bussed our tables all night long. He took empty glasses off our tables and always had refills ready just in time. I was a server many moons ago and know what I should expect. I was so surprised to finally have a great server attend our table. Even high end restaurants here in Raleigh don’t hold a candle to Lowell. I live in Clayton and would love to go back to this location and ask for Lowell to be our server.“

“This was pretty good experience at Chili’s. The food was very tasty and served hot. Although it was typical chilis food it was consistently good tasting for the three of us. Two of us had pasta and hungriest of the three had a meat platter, sorry o forgot the name of it. Everyone was pleased. The advice was just enough and even the bathrooms were pretty clean.“

“Service: Quickly accommodated our large party. Atmosphere: We were placed towards the back against a wall, which made it easier for our group to converse. I had one of the specials that included the drink and side salad. with entree of 6 oz steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was better than I expected, especially for the price.“
